Responsibilities

Operating and maintaining the company's internal data communications systems

Planning, designing, and implementing local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP)

Providing advanced support and troubleshooting of network issues

Performance optimization

Coordination with vendors for the installation and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls

Monitoring network performance and security using network monitoring tools

Assisting in the development and implementation of network policies and procedures

Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and service records

Staying updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends

Optimizing network performance and ensuring network security through the use of technologies such as VPN and IDS/IPS
