Responsibilities
Lead platform outreach for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on iCapital’s DLT
Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends and opportunities in DLT and related sectors
Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion, leveraging insights from industry trends and competitor analysis
Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development
Manage and lead internal projects and develop frameworks and processes for ongoing team management
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in a business development and relationship management capacity, with a focus on digital partnerships within wealth technology or private markets
Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including C-suite executives and investors
Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments
Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic mindset and able to work independently
Demonstrated ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight
Preferred
Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms is highly preferred
Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field preferred, MBA or Graduate Degree is a plus
Experience developing or integrating with blockchain applications is preferred
