Responsibilities

Manage and execute Leadership Institute programs, including communication, facilitation, tracking, and reporting

Facilitate high-impact leadership development sessions in both virtual and in-person settings

Support succession planning and multi-rater assessments

Consult with leaders on development needs and provide strategic recommendations

Measure program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data analysis

Advocate for digital learning strategies and leverage technology for program delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree required
