Responsibilities

Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions

Manage relationships with internal Conagra brand teams and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved

Lead cross-functional teams on projects including new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy

Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop consumer learning plans

Coordinate yearly brand planning and portfolio development

Travel as needed; 1–2 trips per year

Required

Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities

Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar

Strategic and analytical capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions

Experience leading teams and projects from start to finish, aligning business leadership at multiple levels of the organization and across geographies

Skilled at managing complexity, ambiguity, and intuitive decision-making

Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task

Skilled at communicating and influencing various levels of the organization and across geographies
