Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the branch office to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards

Supervise and delegate tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and performance excellence

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Analyze financial data to ensure the branch is meeting its goals and making informed decisions to improve performance

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster positive relationships with customers and staff

Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Supervise employees across all operational functions, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures

Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure the achievement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals

Participate in company meetings and enforce decisions made by upper management

Organize and facilitate weekly staff meetings to keep employees motivated and informed about business operations and changes

Ensure all departments meet or exceed budgeted numbers
