Silicon Valley Office - Summer Associate (IP Litigation)
Winston & Strawn LLP is currently accepting applications for their Summer Associate Program in IP Litigation. The program is designed for first-year law students interested in gaining experience in intellectual property law and will involve participation in both 1L and 2L summer associate positions.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Select the specific position(s) of interest as part of the application
Participate fully in both the 1L & 2L summer associate programs if applying for that position
Complete the application process, including submitting a resume, undergraduate transcript, law school transcript, and cover letter
Qualification
Required
First-year law students (Class of 2028)
Interest in IP Litigation
Record of excellent academic credentials
Strong analytical skills
Strong writing skills
Strong verbal skills
Technical degree in the field of Electronics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or related fields
Preferred
Candidates who accept an offer will be eligible for a $20,000 bonus for committing to both summer programs
