Mid LevelRaval West is seeking an experienced engineer to design and support intelligent, AI-powered conversational solutions using Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio. The role involves working with business and technical teams to build advanced chatbots, automate workflows, and integrate solutions across the Power Platform and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain conversational bots using PVA and Copilot Studio
Build conversational flows, topics, triggers, and generative AI features
Integrate bots with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs
Create reusable components, connectors, and automation patterns
Analyze bot performance and user interactions to drive continuous improvements
Gather requirements and translate them into conversational designs
Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI standards
Troubleshoot issues and support production deployments
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with PVA and/or Copilot Studio
Strong understanding of conversational design and user experience
Experience with Power Automate and low-code development
Knowledge of Dataverse, REST APIs, and JSON
Ability to turn business needs into clear technical logic and flows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exposure to Azure services (Bot Framework, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services)
Experience with generative AI or prompt engineering
Familiarity with OAuth and Azure AD
Power Platform certifications (PL-200, AI-102)
