Responsibilities

Repair common service problems associated with manufactured housing
Performing general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition including but not limited to: Interior Repairs: sheet rock, drywall, leveling doors, trim work, carpet, cabinets
Exterior Repairs: shingles, siding, perimeter skirting
Complete grounds work as directed which may include mowing, shoveling snow, salting walk-ways, picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and customer service skills
Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction
Numerous and varied handyman skills
The ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater, etc. (100 lbs.)
The endurance to perform strenuous tasks – including crawling, reaching, pulling
The ability to safely climb ladders
The ability to climb steps
The ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow)
Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment
Must be reliable and dependable
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Applicants are subject to a criminal background check and must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to learn and comply with the legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required
