Responsibilities
Collaborating with peers and working directly with clients to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize VDI and end-user computing environments
Deploy endpoint protection technologies and safeguard client identity systems
Participate in developing and expanding service delivery standards and best practices
Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management teams to achieve infrastructure and security service goals
Define project scope, validate requirements, manage deployments, and enforce change control procedures to meet budget and timelines
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies
Obtain and maintain relevant vendor certifications and technical proficiency in implemented solutions
Provide knowledge transfer and solution education to clients
Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure secure and successful solution deployments
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions
Knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops; Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD); Horizon; Hyper-V
Knowledge of endpoint protection technologies and identity security systems
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and profile management solutions
Experience with application packaging and delivery (App-V, MSIX, Citrix App Layering)
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Microsoft Certified: Windows Client or Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V)
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
ITIL Foundation Certification
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Process driven
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience collaborating with different experience levels, disciplines and cultures
Excellent relationship building skills and leadership capabilities
Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Fenix24's Culture and Values
