PYA is a leading professional services firm seeking a Client Delivery Coordinator to support its Consulting Department. The role involves streamlining processes for consulting deliverables, managing client workflows, and leading Salesforce initiatives to enhance operations.

Responsibilities
Own and streamline administrative and production process for consulting deliverables, ensuring efficiency and quality
Manage and optimize new project set-up and other firm processes in Salesforce driving adoption and best practices
Coordinate and oversee client workflow, ensuring seamless production, review, and delivery of reports
Design and implement tools, templates, and processes that improve project planning and execution
Communicate solutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Lead Salesforce initiatives, integrating systems and reporting to enhance consulting and firm-wide operations
Gather, synthesize, and present market and industry insights to inform client strategies and special projects
Champion compliance in firm policies (e.g., record retention and destruction processes)
Drive special projects and ad hoc initiatives with autonomy and accountability
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive results independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, with emphasis in Word and Excel
Detail-oriented work ethic with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
Polished professionalism
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels – both internally and externally
Preferred
3+ years of administrative, paralegal, paraprofessional, or client support experience with a firm or corporation preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
