Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, on-brand video content

Create dynamic cuts for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, etc.)

Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and color correction

Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to interpret briefs and execute visual concepts

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow best practices

Stay current with editing trends, social media formats, and storytelling techniques

Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring quality and compliance with specs

Provide creative input during pre-production and brainstorming sessions

Required

8+ years of professional video editing experience (agency experience a plus)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma

Strong understanding of pacing, composition, audio mixing, and color grading

Experience editing for social media and digital advertising

Basic motion graphics skills; advanced skills a plus

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication and time-management skills

A strong portfolio showcasing previous editing work

Preferred

Experience with AI editing or AI-assisted tools

Knowledge of 3D or animation software

Photography or videography skills

Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
