EV Charger Network Operations Center Technician

A-Z Bus Sales, Inc is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician for EV charger installation, a vital part of the operations team. This role involves providing technical and customer support post-installation, contributing to project proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

Understand the customer’s needs and provide an exceptional experience
Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
Support on-site project review, commissioning, training, and troubleshooting when needed and approved
Customers include external customers and internal personnel (TSMs)
Understand the importance of the core values in day-to-day interactions and the importance of the culture on the past and future success of the company
Support installation criteria, under direction of managers, to ensure correct programming
Occasionally configure and test EV chargers, including firmware updates
Occasionally perform final inspections and ensure operational readiness
Conduct clear and professional communication over the scope of your assigned tasks
Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Routine review of EV network up-time. Identify issues and engage the team and resources to solve
Support the growth and implementation of Netsuite and Autodesk platforms in day-to-day work flow
Implement directed QA protocols to ensure services meet quality and up-time standards
Coordinate with vendors and field support for repairs, support action, and load management
Educate clients on charger usage and associated mobile applications
Provide post-installation support and troubleshooting
Provide Vendor training coordination for AZ personnel on an annual basis and when needed for selected customers

Required

Technical knowledge related to EV charger installation and operation
Experience in customer service and support
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Experience in documentation and reporting processes
Knowledge of quality assurance protocols
Ability to coordinate with vendors and field support
Experience in educating clients on charger usage and mobile applications
Ability to provide post-installation support and troubleshooting
Experience in training coordination for personnel and customers
