Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and user feedback
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure effective data governance and reporting capabilities
Manage the product backlog and oversee all stages of product creation, from design to development
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, translating them into actionable user stories
Lead Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across delivery teams, including stakeholders from data and infrastructure
Monitor and evaluate product progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience

Required

Proven experience as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, particularly in financial services or cloud transformation

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
A background in data modeling and analytics tools
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear product requirements
