Responsibilities
Source, screen, and manage candidates for Accounting & Finance roles (Staff Accountant, Sr. Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Controller-track, etc.)
Build pipelines across Atlanta and other U.S. markets using targeted sourcing strategies
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications to ensure a best-in-class experience
Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting within Greenhouse (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on market talent, compensation, and timelines
Support onboarding handoff and documentation for contract and full-time hires
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on Accounting & Finance positions
Strong understanding of A&F functions: GL, FP&A, payroll, revenue accounting, audit, financial reporting, etc
Proven ability to run multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and building repeatable pipelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work onsite in our Atlanta office
Preferred
Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
