Lead Program Execution: Own and manage all activities related to the expansion initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to position products within the Life/Disability insurance space
Product Launch Support: Assess existing products and determine fit for the new business line; oversee integration and rollout
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to guide teams, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum
Hands-On Leadership: Roll up your sleeves to tackle operational details and ensure timely delivery
Technology Utilization: Leverage project management tools and technology to streamline processes and reporting
Qualification
Required
Excellent experience in Life and/or Disability insurance
Proven ability to manage complex programs, set priorities, and deliver results
Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
Track record of driving creative solutions and launching new products
Comfortable with project management tools and digital platforms
Ability to lead, guide, and actively participate in execution
