Klarity is a company that partners with Fortune 500 companies to deliver real AI outcomes. They are seeking a founding Product Marketing Manager/ Lead to build messaging and positioning for their products, develop content and programs that inspire customers, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

Acquire and possess in-depth understanding of our target markets, customers, buyer personas, competitors, and partners

Partner closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and tactics, then develop integrated marketing plans in collaboration with sales, product, field, and growth to drive pipeline

Coordinate and communicate product/feature launches and updates

Support our sales and marketing efforts as a subject matter expert. Create and deliver compelling collateral, AI tools, and programs to accelerate the sales team

Develop thought leadership and educational content to drive awareness and consideration for Klarity products and solutions at the top of the funnel

Required

6+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B environments

Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, story-telling, and analytical skills

Demonstrated passion for and understanding of AI/ML technology, and the ability to explore and push the use of generative AI tools to unlock productivity

Strong business judgment and the ability to influence at all levels, including executive and to work across functions

A collaborative mindset, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on various projects as needed
