Patient Financial Services Coordinator
Community Bridges, Inc. is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. The Patient Financial Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring insurance coverage, maximizing enrollment with insurance plans, completing financial agreements, and supporting front office staff with insurance verification and applications.

Responsibilities
Monitoring insurance coverage for patients at the assigned outpatient clinics
Maximizing enrollment with insurance plans
Identifying funding sources to cover needed services
Completing enrollments with the health plans and RBHAs as indicated
Completing financial agreements with patients, if needed
Collecting outstanding (past due) amounts owed for services
Providing support to the front office staff regarding Insurance verification and AHCCCS applications
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of AHCCCS eligibility verification required
Valid Identification required
Preferred
Associates degree (or higher) in business or healthcare
2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of current medical and behavioral health terminology and is able to effectively communicate with medical practitioners, clinical staff, support staff, patients and the public
