Plans and manages policy development and management segment of the ICTS Program
Examines issues and offers comprehensive
Works closely with internal stakeholders in the Department to support development of goals and objectives related to high levels of program management and development or formulation
Performs supervisory duties for a staff of policy specialist

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service
You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service
Specialized experience is defined as managing strategic planning, major policy initiatives, and management priorities to senior leadership
Preparing and presenting oral and written communications, interacting with internal and external executives, managers, federal agencies, customers and employees on policy guidance, strategic direction and status of projects
Developing, amending, or appealing public administrative regulations, subject to the Administrative Procedure Act, that disseminate program guidance for applications across organizational lines
Evaluating regulatory frameworks or risk frameworks related to financial, information and communications technology, telecommunication export control, import control, federal acquisition, CFUIS, or licensing
