Responsibilities

Performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance, by either phone or in person on computers, monitors, and peripherals

Assist end users with computer or infrastructure related issues such as set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and deployment of new equipment

Technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, Voice over IP (VoIP), and basic network connectivity

Additional support for wireless communication devices including, but not limited to, wireless access points, laptops, handhelds, voice pick phones, printers, and warehouse devices

Maintains a current and accurate inventory of all IT devices

Order and distribute new and recycled equipment to the users

Maintains accurate and current documentation on process, procedure, and infrastructure

Processes and prioritizes work requests and escalations in a timely and efficient manner

Required

4+ years' experience in IT field required

1+ years' experience in network security required

Active Directory administration knowledge required

Preferred

2 yr degree in Information Technology field preferred or equivalent experience required

4 yr degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

SAP authorization, Multi-factor authentication (MFA), TCP/IP network stack, and PCI (payment card industry) experience preferred
