Project Finance Practice Coordinator
Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is a leading law firm seeking a Project Finance Practice Coordinator. The role provides administrative and operational support to attorneys, managing complex correspondence, calendars, meetings, and client interactions while ensuring timely execution of all assignments.

Responsibilities
Work with Project Finance & Development team Partners to coordinate deal timelines; prepare and circulate agendas, status reports, and action items; coordinate team workflow and high-level meetings; and collaborate on team building and business development initiatives
Manage communications and client information with speed, accuracy, and discretion; proactively maintain contact lists and prepare, edit, and finalize business documents (e.g., new business memos, engagement letters, audit letter responses) to firm standards
Ensure timely and precise completion of expense reports and attorney time entries; provide process support and coordination for team billing, reports, vendor invoices, and matter list maintenance
Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings, including logistics, technology setup, communications, and catering as needed
Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries in alignment with firm policies, resolving conflicts and last-minute changes
Support special projects and track timelines and milestones to ensure successful execution
Utilize firm technologies—such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Litera, Emburse, Interaction, and related databases and devices—to manage workflow efficiently, stay current on new tools, and introduce efficiencies that elevate service and productivity
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration and document tools is required
Demonstrates exceptional client service, communication, and collaboration skills; proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines, and to interact professionally with partners and senior attorneys
Exercises sound judgment with confidential information, adheres to firm policies, and applies initiative and critical thinking to solve problems independently
Reliable, responsive, and able to provide as-needed off-hours support required to meet client or attorney needs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 4+ years prior administrative support experience in a legal or corporate environment preferred; experience supporting project finance, infrastructure, or development transactions is a plus
Familiarity with the firm's specific systems (e.g., iManage, Litera, Emburse, Interaction) is a plus
