Responsibilities

Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system
Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and/or SuiteBuilder
Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches
Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links
Support data import process and migration
Maintain user access, roles, and rights, and implement appropriate controls and audits
Maintain system integrity, including monitoring integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs
Maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
Identify and implement process improvements through automation, new features, or configuration change
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed

Required

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role
Minimum 5+ years of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, or Projects
Minimum 5+ Years hands on experience in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
Minimum 5+ years hands experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards
