Industrial Designer I

Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market and design trend analyses to inform product direction
Support the development and execution of Visual Brand Language (VBL) systems
Create and refine 2D design concepts that align with brand and user needs
Produce 3D renderings and collaborate with internal and external 3D resources
Evaluate human factors and participate in ergonomics and usability studies
Engage in open studio critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback
Prepare and deliver design presentations for internal teams and external Chervon partners
Support user research initiatives and translate insights into design opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience using 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Rhino, KeyShot, or equivalent
Preferred
Entry-level experience; 1 year of internship or related professional design experience preferred
Prior exposure to power tools or related consumer products is a plus
