Responsibilities
Implement change management deliverables/activities for clients, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, champion network, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics
Develop and design client-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos
Deliver instructor-led training sessions to client
Lead weekly meetings with client to provide project updates, track project status, and resolve questions or issues
Collaborate with functional team members to identify change and process impacts. Understand client configuration and updates for better delivery of change deliverables
Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, delegate client Change Management activities to promote continuous learning and career progression
Support ongoing business development of the Change Management practice by suggesting methodology improvements
Qualification
Required
2-3 + years experience supporting the development of change management-related deliverables for clients across various industries
Workday Pro Certification, or prior experience with a Workday ecosystem partner or Workday directly
Experience in change management within Workday implementation projects
Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery
Understanding of HCM and/or Financial concepts and processes
Experience with Human Resource or Financial system implementations, Workday Launch methodology a plus
Ability to spearhead the planning and execution of the change management programs independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Collaborative spirit, and willing to work with various types of TopBloc and client stakeholders to gain deep understanding of client challenges, change impacts, and build roadmap for success
Support clients in completing Change Management deliverables and help them achieve their user adoption metrics
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides programs
Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to travel 25% - 50%
Preferred
Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company
Prosci Certification
Experience working with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia
