Responsibilities
Identifying, prioritizing, executing, completing, and reporting on continuous improvement projects within each Division
Developing documentation or training for existing business processes
Identifying and offering recommendations to remediate gaps in internal control
Developing or coordinating with technical support staff to develop or enhance tools or workflows within existing applications in the COM technology environment, including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, KAPS, and Revenue Premier
Reengineering business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost, or employee satisfaction
Providing quality assurance testing or supporting the design and development of business processes which are migrating into new applications
Completing two significant projects in each Division during the contract
A written project proposal with measurable objectives or performance metrics
A comprehensive and highly-detailed standard operating procedure for the process(es) being reviewed
A close-out report reflecting additional recommendations, risks and opportunities, and an analysis of the project’s outcomes against its objectives or metrics
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' experience working on projects involving analysis and documentation of business processes, development of standard operating procedures, or business process reengineering
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with a major in business administration or a related area of study
Current CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM or other relevant professional certification
Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Proven experience analyzing, mapping, and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost, or user experience
Process Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive SOPs, process maps, workflows, and training materials
Internal Controls Assessment: Skilled in identifying control gaps and providing detailed remediation recommendations
Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks
Business Analysis: Strong requirement-gathering, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution-design experience
Technical Tool Proficiency: Ability to build, enhance, or coordinate development of tools within: Excel (advanced formulas, automation, modeling), SharePoint (lists, workflows), Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, analytics), ServiceNow (workflow or ticketing enhancements), KAPS, Revenue Premier, or similar enterprise systems
Project Management: Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, develop proposals, track metrics, and produce final close-out reports

Preferred
At least 3 years' experience serving as a project manager or holding responsibility for the timely, efficient, and effective executive of complex tasks
Professional Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), CBAP, PMP, or similar
Government or Public Sector Experience: Familiarity with agency operations, internal controls requirements, or compliance frameworks
Advanced Data Skills: Experience with data visualization, process metrics, process mining, or automation tools
Experience Working Across Multiple Departments: Demonstrated success balancing priorities across divisions or business units
