Responsibilities

Defining and monitoring sales targets and performance metrics, anticipating shortfalls, and implementing corrective actions to ensure achievement of objectives
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating key contracts, and managing pricing strategies in collaboration with Product Management to maintain market competitiveness
Developing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and training programs, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and promoting organizational effectiveness
Building and leading high-performing teams, providing coaching and mentoring, conducting competence assessments, and driving continuous skill development to support long-term success

Required

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 10 years experience in outside sales working with customers to provide solutions for industrial electric equipment (electric motors/drives preferred) in an industrial manufacturing environment
Proven experience influencing customer relations, executing c-suite presentations and increasing sales
Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time within the United States and occasionally international
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
