Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for the Marketplace Channel

Manage and maintain retail media paid search campaigns via bidding platforms and RMN platforms to meet goals

Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations

Familiar with Amazon advertising and Seller Central platform

Be accountable for paid search performance and budgets to ensure efficiency and scale

Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising and finance on campaign products and budgets

Partner with Creative and Copy teams to optimize content, keywords, and explore new content opportunities

Deploy test-and-learn strategies to refine campaigns and overall marketplace strategy

Lead strategic vision with agency partners

Stay up to date with marketplace trends and platform updates

Qualification

Amazon advertisingPaid campaign managementCampaign performance analysisSEO knowledgeDigital marketingMicrosoft ExcelAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsWritten communicationVerbal communication

Required

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

2–4 years of online/paid campaign marketing experience, preferably on marketplaces

Knowledge of SEO, digital merchandising, and digital marketing

Understanding of paid campaign performance metrics

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel

Preferred

Familiar with Amazon advertising and Seller Central platform

Merchandising background relating to brand stores on Amazon is a plus
