Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support related to various manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and effective production
Help resolve quality issues by investigating root causes, implementing corrective actions, and improving process controls
Develop detailed process routings and plans using the Solumina Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to optimize production flow
Solve equipment and tooling issues, performing diagnostics and implementing repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime
Plan and coordinate new equipment installations and product line moves, ensuring seamless integration into existing manufacturing operations
Assist Engineering with new product development by providing input on manufacturability, process design, and equipment requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, a related program
Strong problem solving skills
Great communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering documents and drawings
US citizenship required
Up to 10% travel
Preferred
Experience with Solumina MES
Solid Works experience
Antenna systems experience
Prior experience supporting government contracts
Experience with Agile
Green Belt and/or Black Belt training
AutoCAD 2D or 3D
