Responsibilities

Work with teammates to perform monitoring tasks of strategic initiatives and products, identify areas of risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Work with & understands production, performance & modeled metrics
Develop a deep understanding of Personal Line data assets. Has the ability to combine data from multiple disparate sources
Provides solutions to customer needs on large-scale projects and ad-hoc questions. Independently resolves low to medium complexity customer requests
Is a Performance Analytics partner who aids state product management

Required

Prior Personal or Commercial Insurance experience
Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools
Basic knowledge & the ability to write SQL queries to pull data
Ability to build working relationships with business partners & and break down complex topics in order to solve problems
Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently

Preferred

Product or Pricing Work Experience
Project Management Work Experience
Experience understanding database structures and data architecture
