Representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors
Representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs
Qualification
Required
Associates with three to five years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors
Experience representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Experience managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs
Worked in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
