New Grad, Entry LevelManagement Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking a full time Apartment Turnover Technician to join our experienced Facilities Management team at Glade Creek Apartments and Hickory Woods Apartments, our conventional properties in Roanoke, Virginia. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of service by performing various maintenance tasks including minor repairs and emergency response.

Responsibilities
Help us keep our community up to our high standards of excellence and safety
Refreshing and renewing our apartment homes between residents
Do minor drywall work
Along with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
On call emergency maintenance rotation once every 3 weeks for extra pay
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience or skills in minor dry wall, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
