Responsibilities
Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs
Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy
Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts
Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong interviewing skills and listening skills to identify member needs
Minimum of one-year sales and service experience
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays
Proven attention to detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software
Preferred
The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred
Preferred candidates will possess previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge
