Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts
Build and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom scoped applications
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions that align with federal security standards
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and external data sources
Maintain and optimize ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and service catalogs
Support upgrades, patching, and overall platform governance ensuring compliance with DoD/FedRAMP security controls
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and workflow bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
5+ years related work experience
Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow modules
Experience building custom applications
Experience integrating the platform with complex IT ecosystems in secure environments
Ability to design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts
Experience building and enhancing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom scoped applications
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and external data sources
