They are seeking a Web Designer to lead the design efforts for their digital media presence, collaborating with various teams to create engaging visuals and design systems that align with user needs and brand identity.

Responsibilities

Works cross-functionally to develop design systems consistent with user needs and brand identity

Designs and delivers visual mockups, layouts, and specifications for a site/application's look and feel (color, shape, typography, etc.)

Collaborates with development teams to ensure specifications are understood and implemented

Create digital assets (static, video, etc.) for a range of platforms (web, social, display advertising, etc.)

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions

Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events

Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging

Assist with the creation and editing of product demo, branding and explainer animations

Partner with video team to design animated production graphics to be used in video productions (bumpers, lower thirds, transitions, overlaying graphics, etc.)
