Responsibilities

Drive net new sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through contract negotiation and closure
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field sales reps and channel partners
Stay current on Microsoft D365 roadmap, licensing models, and industry trends
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and updates
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand awareness

Qualification

Required

2–5+ years of B2B software sales experience; preferably in ERP/Finance/Accounting systems
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, F&O, or AX solutions
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently exceed targets
Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborating with virtual teams
High level of professionalism and customer-first mentality

Preferred

Experience selling or demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Office 365)
Background in finance, accounting, or consulting a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
