Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs for all GTM Domains (Marketing, Sales, Quote & Contracting - CPQ, CLM, Customer Success, Professional Services / Financial Force & Customer Support)
Create integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems to ensure efficient data flow and consistency
Act as a technical lead for the Go-To-Market team, mentoring developers, and guiding the technical implementation of projects
Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards, reference architectures, code quality practices, and best practices for customization and configuration
Identify and address potential performance issues, scalability challenges, and security risks in the Salesforce platform
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Produce and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents
Lead technical evaluations (build vs buy), proof-of-concepts for new technical solutions and provide recommendations
Develop & maintain business capability maturity for Go-To-Market domain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce Platform, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture design, including integration, authentication, and security
Solid understanding of key design patterns, data management, and environment management best practices
Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service cloud and technical certifications like Application Architect, System Architect or Technical Architect
Ability to engage with senior executives in business-focused, outcome-oriented discussions
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce products. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs including Web Services, Platform Events
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, and a solid understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce
