Responsibilities
Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives
Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to deeply understand user needs and behaviors
Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to meet user needs
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation of designs
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and seamless integration with existing frameworks
Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products
Qualification
Required
Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments, with a solid portfolio of real-world projects that highlight your design process and results
Advanced proficiency with Figma, our preferred design and prototyping tool
Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices
Experience with a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.), and a keen sense of what tool(s) for the specific problem
Enthusiasm for learning new domains and a strong ability to grasp complex business requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex design challenges
Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and effectively incorporating feedback into design iterations
Preferred
Experience with building design systems and platform design work
