The HR Operations Support Specialist will support various HR activities, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies and U.S. regulations.

Responsibilities

Support HR Activities: collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment

Operational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities

HR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation

Employee Experience: support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities

Project Support: Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP

Compliance & Governance: Ensure HR activities comply with company’s values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures and U.S. employment legislation

Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs
