Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for L&OD programs

Analyze data to identify trends, process improvements, and operational efficiencies

Manage incoming requests for metrics and content, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Support budgeting processes and assist with contract coordination and invoice processing

Create presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
