Head of Sales-SIEM/EDR/GTM
Booli is the world’s first Identity SIEM, focusing on enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of security operations centers. They are seeking a Head of Sales who will own the full sales motion from pipeline creation to closing, with a primary goal of driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
Carry a quota and close deals personally
Own the full cycle: prospect → discovery → demo support → evaluation → close
Build pipeline through a combination of outbound, relationships, and events
Establish repeatable success in SIEM/MDR cycles
Work directly with product leadership to translate buyer feedback into roadmap inputs
Help refine packaging and pricing for easier adoption and faster time-to-close
Participate in analyst and event follow-up where it supports pipeline and credibility (Booli already draws strong interest from events — this role converts interest into revenue.)
Qualification
Required
10+ years in cybersecurity sales
Demonstrated success closing enterprise deals with complex stakeholders
Strong discovery and value selling ability (business + technical)
Comfortable selling into environments where SIEM contracts already exist
Able to reposition and win by driving differentiation: identity context, asset blast radius, correlation quality
Strong forecast discipline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce ideal)
High urgency, self-starter, resilient
Comfortable being 'the guy/gal' initially, with executive maturity
Strong cultural alignment with a small, product-led, execution-oriented team
Preferred
Been first sales hire or early GTM builder
Sold SIEM/MDR/SOC platforms or identity-driven security solutions
Built pipeline independently and closed without heavy organizational support
