Washington D.C. Office - Summer Associate (IP Litigation)
Winston & Strawn LLP is currently accepting applications from first-year law students interested in IP Litigation for their Summer Associate Program. The program includes opportunities for both 1L and 2L summer associate positions, focusing on candidates with strong academic credentials and a technical degree in relevant fields.

First-year law students (Class of 2028) interested in IP Litigation
Candidates must select specific position(s) they are interested in as part of their application
Candidates are encouraged to apply in accordance with their law school's recruiting guidelines
Full participation in both programs is required for the 1L & 2L Summer Associate application
Candidates who accept an offer will be eligible for a $20,000 bonus for committing to both summer programs
Candidates should possess a record of excellent academic credentials
Strong analytical, writing and verbal skills
Interest in IP Litigation
Technical degree in the field of Electronics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or related fields
Submission of resume
Submission of undergraduate transcript (unofficial copy will be accepted)
Submission of law school transcript (submission will be required once grades have been released)
Submission of cover letter (recommended to comment on department interest and share reason(s) for choosing this office location)
Only one application to preferred office is allowed
