Responsibilities

Select specific position(s) of interest as part of the application
Participate fully in both the 1L & 2L Summer Associate Program if applying for that position
Candidates who accept an offer will be eligible for a $20,000 bonus for committing to both summer programs
Interviews for 1L students will be conducted on a rolling basis beginning in November 2025
Interviews for 2L students will be conducted on a rolling basis beginning in January 2026
Submit resume, undergraduate transcript, law school transcript, and cover letter

Record of excellent academic credentials
Strong analytical skills

Interest in IP Litigation
Technical degree in the field of Electronics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering) or Chemistry (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or related fields
