Responsibilities

This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction

Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, banks and credit unions

Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, email, fax or telephone in a professional manner

Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to tiles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc

Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers

Maintains a high level of confidentiality

Assures all phone calls and inquiries have been answered by the close of the day

Assist other departments as needed or assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years' experience in titles, automotive industry, or related
