Lead Teacher - Pre-K- Hand in Hand Early Learning Program
United Ability, Inc. is an award-winning team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children of all abilities. The Lead Teacher at Hand In Hand Early Learning Program will oversee classroom operations, plan lessons, and supervise children, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
Plans lessons and activities and implements these in the classroom
Supervises the classroom and instructs typical children and children with disabilities
Documents progression through Teaching Strategies Gold Program
Communicates with parents and provide daily worksheets of children’s work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to stoop, bend, lift up to 40 lbs. and participate in physical activities
Successful completion of DHR suitability, background check, drug screen and physical
Preferred
Experience in teaching Pre-K
