Qualification

Patent litigation experienceTechnical degreeU.S. Bar membershipRegistration with USPTOClient interactionCommunication skills

Required

At least 3 years of experience in patent litigation case management

Degree in technology-related engineering, applied physics or mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

U.S. Bar membership

Technical chops to discuss details with engineers and developers

Experience driving contentions, Markman, and written and oral fact and expert discovery

Confidence to interact with well-known giants in the tech world

Ability to work directly with partners and clients

Preferred

Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office
