Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer accounts, including order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution

Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain exposure to relationship management and strategic communication

Support sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance tracking

Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement

Lead or contribute to special projects across sales, logistics, and customer service

Document and formalize processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction

Work with internal teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to support customer needs

Engage in structured learning modules and mentorship sessions

Deliver periodic presentations to leadership summarizing key learnings and growth milestones
