Required

Proven track record in driving growth in student enrollment
Alignment of programs with current workforce demands
Knowledge of industry trends, especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Experience in recruiting and mentoring faculty
Ability to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive academic culture
Commitment to faculty excellence in teaching, research, and service
12-month administrative appointment experience
9-month tenure-track faculty position experience at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor
Relevant experience in leadership, teaching philosophy, and research interests as demonstrated in the cover letter
