Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams or workstreams within the analytics function
Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, business-relevant insights
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape business strategies with data
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies in analytics

Required

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Strong background in risk analytics for payments, fraud, or credit
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, GCP)
Excellence in data storytelling and visualization for executive audiences
Knowledge of card network operating rules and monitoring programs
Experience with large-scale data sets and payments transaction data
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
