The Project Manager will oversee multiple programs, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient progress of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple marketing programs from planning through execution
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress across deliverables
Prepare status updates and reports for leadership
Direct the work of others as needed, applying creativity and sound judgment to accomplish goals
Work closely with a full-time PM, stakeholders, and external agencies
Facilitate weekly team check-ins and 1:1s
Collaborate with creative, copywriting, design, and AI technology contributors
Balance workload across ~30% meetings, 50% heads-down execution, and 20% issue resolution or pivoting needs
Maintain project momentum in a busy, fast-changing environment
Ensure alignment across teams, escalating or adjusting plans when required

Required

4–7+ years of project or program management experience in a creative, marketing, or similarly dynamic environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, including prioritization and expectation-setting
Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to manage diverse workstreams
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to multitask effectively and deliver in fast-moving environments
