Full-Time Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist Ph.D/Psy.D, LMFT)
Boston Post Adoption Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by adoption. They are seeking a Full-Time Clinician to provide trauma-informed therapeutic care and support to various clients, including individuals and families connected to adoption.
Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 clients a week, (including individual, group and family therapy)
Maintain up-to-date clinical paperwork
Participate in supervision to maintain clinical skills
Attend 3 BPAR Meetings (Peer Supervision, Staff and Clinical Meetings)
Contribute to agency blogs
This is a hybrid role and you must be in the office at least 3 days per week
Qualification
Required
Must be open to working with kids, adolescents, parents and adults
Clinical experience working with trauma
Clinical experience working with out-of-home placement, adoption, and/or foster care is strongly recommended
Flexibility, independence, a team player, open to feedback, and willingness to learn is a must
Must be willing and competent to practice with Telehealth
Must be committed to cultural humility
Must be able to work evenings: 11am-7pm Monday-Friday, opportunity for some flexibility on Fridays
Must be committed to agency supported ongoing education regarding adoption/adoption trauma
Preferred
Licensed preferred (LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Psychologist Ph.D/Psy.D, LMFT)
