They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide customer service and clerical support for warehouse facilities, maintaining inventory records and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist the warehouse facilities by performing clerical and secretarial duties including the following:

Maintain accurate inventory files and reports, retrieving information as required

Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including mailing of notification letters to customer base

Order and maintain office supplies

Manage facilities and supervisor calendars

Ensure timely exchange of monthly data among business partners, field inquiries from colleagues

Handling inbound calls to the facilities

Coordinate meetings and events

Utilize Microsoft Office tools and JD Edwards system

Provide customer service support to customers

Minor warehouse duties as needed

Other duties may be assigned

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeJD Edwards systemCustomer ServiceCalendar ManagementInventory Management

Required

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Basic experience with calendar management

Customer Service experience

Preferred

Basic experience with JD Edwards system

Basic experience with inventory management

Experience working within a distribution center
